This roundtable discussion with ongoing Q&A will address the value of a master’s degree, the differences and advantages of online and residential programs, maximizing value and impact while enrolled, how best to prepare for the application process, and tips to consider. Attendees will gain deeper insight into how a GIS master’s degree can fit into a professional career trajectory, have the opportunity to discuss GIS masters programs with an array of university representatives, and come away better prepared for the application process.

This session is for both students as they finish their undergraduate degrees AND working professionals interested in continuing their education.
